Design Engineering

Enterprise Web Development: Mission-critical web platforms built for the scale, security, and integration complexity of global enterprise operations. Performance, reliability, and maintainability are treated as requirements, not goals.

SaaS Engineering: Full-cycle SaaS product development: multi-tenant architecture, enterprise billing infrastructure, compliance frameworks, and scalable onboarding. Built to acquire and retain enterprise customers.

AI Systems: Production-grade AI integration and custom model pipelines designed for enterprise compliance constraints, inference performance, and operational reliability. LLMs, RAG systems, and intelligent automation at scale.

Staff Augmentation: Senior engineers embedded within your internal teams, operating with full institutional context and delivery accountability from the outset. No ramp-up delay - delivery from day one.

Mobile Applications: Native and cross-platform mobile engineering for iOS and Android, built to the same architectural standards applied across all INX engagements. Performance and maintainability are not optional.

Cloud & Infrastructure: Cloud architecture and platform engineering for enterprises operating at high availability. Infrastructure designed for AWS, GCP, and Azure - with observability, resilience, and cost efficiency built in.

UI/UX Systems: Design systems and interface engineering for internal tools, client portals, and consumer-facing products. Built for accessibility, long-term consistency, and the complexity of enterprise user environments.

Delivery Approach

A Structured Process. No Exceptions.

Every INX engagement follows the same five-phase delivery model - adapted to context, never abandoned for convenience.

01

Discovery

Structured technical and commercial discovery: scope definition, architecture requirements, risk identification, and milestone sequencing - documented before engineering begins.

02

Architecture

Full technical specification produced before production code is written: data models, API contracts, system boundaries, scalability constraints, and integration specifications.

03

Engineering

Senior-only delivery against a defined technical specification. Progress is transparent, code quality is non-negotiable, and delivery timelines are treated with seriousness.

04

Deployment

Production deployment with full observability: monitoring, alerting, logging, and runbook documentation. We hand over operating systems - not code repositories.

05

Optimization

Post-deployment performance measurement, bottleneck resolution, and ongoing compliance with operational specifications under real production load.

Discovery is a separate billable engagement. All subsequent phases are governed by a defined technical specification.

Engagement Models

Four Ways to Engage INX

Every model is scoped during an initial discovery call. Pricing is defined before work begins.

01

Dedicated Teams

A full senior engineering team - typically three to eight engineers - operating under your direction, embedded into your organization's tools, ceremonies, and delivery cadence.

Best for

Sustained product development · Platform teams · CTO augmentation

02

Project-Based Delivery

Fixed-scope engagements with defined outcomes, structured milestones, and full technical ownership from architecture through production deployment. Scope is agreed. Delivery is documented.

Best for

Defined initiatives · New platform builds · System migrations

03

Staff Augmentation

Individual senior engineers placed within your existing team on a monthly engagement basis. Specific domain expertise on demand - without agency overhead or junior-risk.

Best for

Capability gaps · Specialist requirements · Surge capacity

04

Long-Term Product Engineering

A strategic ongoing engineering relationship in which INX serves as the primary technical delivery partner for your product or platform. We operate with full accountability for technical direction.

Best for

Foundational platform development · Ongoing product engineering

Technologies

The Stack Behind the Delivery

INX selects technology for each engagement based on technical requirements - not familiarity or convenience. These are the foundations we most frequently deploy.

Stack selection is always driven by technical requirements - not vendor preference or cost of retraining.

Frequently Asked

Questions We Answer Before Work Begins

These are the questions INX is most frequently asked during initial conversations. Direct answers - no qualification required.

INX works primarily with established enterprises, growth-stage technology companies, and organizations undertaking significant digital transformation. We operate across financial services, logistics, healthcare technology, and enterprise SaaS - typically with organizations that treat engineering quality as a business-critical requirement.

Engagements are priced based on scope, team composition, and delivery model. Project-based work is quoted against a defined technical specification produced during discovery. Ongoing engagements operate on a monthly retainer. We do not publish rate cards - pricing begins with a scoping conversation.

For well-defined project engagements, we can mobilize within two to three weeks of agreement. Dedicated team deployments require a four to six week onboarding period to ensure appropriate team assembly, context transfer, and process alignment. Discovery engagements can begin within one week.

Discovery is a structured, billable engagement - typically two to four weeks - covering technical audit where applicable, architecture requirements, stakeholder interviews, risk assessment, and the production of a detailed technical specification. The output is a document that governs all subsequent engineering work.

All project-based engagements include a post-deployment warranty period. Structured ongoing support retainers are available and are typically scoped during the delivery phase. We do not recommend handoffs to unrelated third parties for systems we have architected and built.

We operate as a genuine extension of your engineering organization - participating in your ceremonies, adopting your toolchain, and maintaining the same accountability standards as internal engineers. The exact integration model is defined during discovery and documented in the engagement specification.

All intellectual property produced under an INX engagement transfers in full to the client upon settlement. Confidentiality is governed by a Master Services Agreement signed prior to any discovery work. INX does not retain or reuse client-specific architectural decisions or code across engagements.

All production code is peer-reviewed, test-covered, and documented to an internal quality standard before deployment. Automated test coverage is treated as a delivery requirement, not an optional supplement. We maintain dedicated QA processes within each engagement, and post-deployment observability is part of the standard deployment package.

Stack selection follows from product requirements. INX does not apply a default technology preference — the correct stack is the one that matches the operational requirements and the team who will maintain it in production.
